Reality Based Services (RBS) is the nonprofit extension of Welcome 2 Reality, LLC, a nationally recognized leader in media literacy and community empowerment. Based in Connecticut, RBS is committed to helping men, fathers, and families access the resources, education, and support systems they need to thrive.
What began as a youth-centered media literacy program has grown into a powerful, multi-dimensional movement—one that uplifts fathers, strengthens family connections, and inspires youth through education, mentorship, and holistic care.
